Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your robot within 60 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a credit.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer care team to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Robot
Place the product and all accessories into the original box and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
